Murray Homes Have Some Years on Them
Murray became a city in 1903, back in the smelter days, and about half its homes went up before the late 70s. Most of them are brick ramblers with the furnace in a small basement closet.
Those furnaces have usually been replaced once or twice, but the ducts, the closet, and the way it's all hooked up are often original. A lot of the problems we find in Murray come from that mix of a newer furnace and an older house.
