A Local Family Company
We're a small family owned plumber and HVAC shop based in Sandy, a short drive up I-215 from Taylorsville. The same small crew shows up every time, and we treat your house like it's ours.
Taylorsville was mostly farmland until the 1970s, and most of the homes here went up in the building boom of the 70s and 80s. A lot of those ramblers and split-levels are now on their second furnace and water heater, and the plumbing behind the walls is 40 years old. If something's acting up, we'll tell you straight whether it's worth fixing or if you're throwing money at it.
Most Taylorsville water comes from wells run by the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District, with some treated water from Jordan Valley Water mixed in. Well water around the valley is hard, and that scale ends up in water heaters, tankless units, and fixtures. A yearly flush or a softener saves you a lot of repairs.

Had Micheal come out to our commercial building in Lehi to unclog one of our toilets that was flooding when flushed and he came out quick!! Super nice, quick to clear up the problem, and very affordable, he even cleaned one of our drains for free! 😁 We will be using this company again in the future!Posted on Google![]()

I worked with Jaeger for the installation of a Novo water softener at my home. As the approved Novo dealer for the Salt Lake City area, Jaeger made the process very convenient. After I established contact, Michael asked me to send photos of my existing water softener connections rather than scheduling an in-home visit just to provide a quote. Based on the photos, he quickly provided a quote for both the water softener and installation. The pricing was reasonable, especially since my home already had professionally installed water softener connections. On the scheduled installation date, Michael arrived on time, completed the installation in about an hour, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, I am satisfied with the service Jaeger provided and would recommend them for similar water softener installations.Posted on Google![]()

How much does a service call cost in Taylorsville?
On weekdays, 9 to 5, the visit is $39 and it counts toward the repair. After hours and on weekends or holidays it's $99. The repair price comes in writing before work starts.
My furnace runs but blows cold air. What's wrong?
Most of the time it's a dirty flame sensor, a clogged filter, or the furnace overheating and shutting the burners off. Check the filter and make sure the thermostat is set to heat. If that doesn't do it, we can usually find the problem on one visit. Here's what to check first.
My house was built in the 70s or 80s. What should I keep an eye on?
The water heater, the shutoff valves under sinks and toilets, and the original supply lines. Most furnaces from that era have already been replaced once, but if yours went in during the early 2000s it's about 20 years old now. We'll check it all on one visit and tell you what's fine and what's on borrowed time.
Is Taylorsville water hard?
Yes. Most Taylorsville water comes from Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District wells, with some treated water from Jordan Valley Water. Well water around the valley is hard, so we see a lot of sediment in water heaters here. A yearly flush, or a softener, makes them last a lot longer.
My house has gray plastic water lines. Is that a problem?
It might be. Gray plastic supply line is usually polybutylene, which went into a lot of homes from the late 70s to the mid 90s. It's known for failing at the fittings with no warning. We'll take a look and tell you if it's worth replacing before it leaks.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. Licensed in Utah (#14278324-5501), bonded, insured, and in the trade for 14 years.
