Had Micheal come out to our commercial building in Lehi to unclog one of our toilets that was flooding when flushed and he came out quick!! Super nice, quick to clear up the problem, and very affordable, he even cleaned one of our drains for free! 😁

As the approved Novo dealer for the Salt Lake City area, Jaeger made the process very convenient. After I established contact, Michael asked me to send photos of my existing water softener connections rather than scheduling an in-home visit just to provide a quote. Based on the photos, he quickly provided a quote for both the water softener and installation.

The pricing was reasonable, especially since my home already had professionally installed water softener connections. On the scheduled installation date, Michael arrived on time, completed the installation in about an hour, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, I am satisfied with the service Jaeger provided and would recommend them for similar water softener installations.
