Jaeger Plumbing, Heating & Air came out to check my A/C and perform a tune-up. They did a thorough inspection and cleaned both the indoor coil and outdoor condenser. The technician explained what they were doing, was professional, and left everything clean when they were finished. Jaeger Plumbing, Heating & Air did a great job! They came out to my home in Murray to flush my water heater and perform a full plumbing tune-up. The technician was professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. It was great having someone go through the plumbing in the home and make sure everything was in good shape. Great service from start to finish. I highly recommend Jaeger Plumbing! They did an amazing job replacing my water heater in West Jordan. He was incredibly fast, efficient, professional, and friendly, and the entire process went so smoothly. He made what could have been a very stressful situation so easy and was in and out in no time. We had a water heater start going out, and took some time to do our research. We had several plumbers come in and give us bids, ranging upwards of $6,000! Google indicated a replacement water heater from a plumber should run somewhere between $2000-$3400. Michael had me take some photos and put together a series of bid options, then sent them over on a gorgeous, easy-to-use website. After I made my selection, he showed up later that day, and in the course of a few hours he not only installed our new water heater, but also removed our Cold War–era water softener (which hadn't worked since we moved in) and brought us up to code with earthquake straps and everything else needed — all for $1200 under his nearest competitors' quotes. Called Jaeger PHAC desperately this morning when I realized my AC was blowing warm air. Michael was very accommodating in getting me on the schedule same day. I appreciated his professionalism and thoughtfulness as I had an infant at home and it was HOT! As for the repair professional, Kary was AWESOME! Very personal and efficient! Fixed my deceased blower capacitor in 6 minutes even though he quoted me 5. But, who's counting? Had my AC up and running promptly! Very knowledgeable explaining everything as he worked. Thanks Kary! Michael did an awesome job installing a liner to my sewer line. My house is quite old (built in the late 1940’s) and ended up having roots grow into the line. It’s been something I’ve needed to get repaired but was such a daunting thing to have fixed. Michael and his crew were referred to me and their pricing was extremely fair, and he was very prompt with getting things scheduled and keeping me posted on how things went. In addition, despite having to dig a hole in the front yard, he left the place looking just as it was prior to any work being done!
